Quarter Three Summit

San Diego Summit

Recalibrate. Refocus. Finish Strong.

Success isn't determined by how you begin.

It's determined by your willingness to pause, evaluate your direction, remove unnecessary distractions, and intentionally finish what matters most.

The Quarter Three San Diego Summit is your opportunity to strengthen the operating system guiding the remainder of your year.

Why Return to San Diego?

The middle of the year has passed.

Some goals have been accomplished.

Others have quietly drifted into the background.

New responsibilities have appeared.

Unexpected opportunities have demanded your attention.

Without realizing it, many builders slowly move from intentional leadership into simply reacting to whatever comes next.

That isn't failure.

It's simply what happens when there isn't enough space to pause.

The Quarter Three San Diego Summit was created to provide that space.

To help you step away from constant activity.

To evaluate where you are.

To remove unnecessary complexity.

To reconnect with the vision you committed to at the beginning of the year.

Sometimes the greatest progress comes from making fewer but better decisions.

THE POWER OF REFOCUSING

There is an old saying:

"When you're chopping wood, occasionally sharpen the axe."

Builders often forget that lesson.

We become so busy accomplishing tasks that we stop evaluating whether those tasks still deserve our attention.

Quarter Three is your opportunity to sharpen the axe.

Not by working harder.

But by working more intentionally.

Review

Celebrate progress.

Identify unfinished priorities.

Measure what truly matters.

Remove

Eliminate distractions.

Simplify unnecessary commitments.

Create space for your highest priorities.

Refocus

Reconnect your daily actions with your long-term vision.

Lead intentionally rather than react emotionally.

Finish Strong

Create a practical roadmap for the remainder of the year with renewed confidence and clarity.

What You'll Experience

The Quarter Three Summit is intentionally slower.

More reflective.

More conversational.

More focused on refinement than acceleration.

This is where builders regain perspective.

Morning Coffee Conversations

Every morning begins around exceptional Hawaiian coffee and conversations that matter.

No agendas.

No pressure.

Just intentional dialogue with fellow practitioners.

Leadership Refinement Sessions

Interactive discussions exploring the Aloha Operating System with an emphasis on clarity, intentional leadership, and removing unnecessary complexity.

Builder Councils

Small group conversations where real challenges are discussed openly.

This isn't about having all the answers.

It's about asking better questions.

Reflection & Strategic Planning

Dedicated time for journaling, walking, thinking, and creating an intentional plan for the final quarter of the year.

Because breakthroughs often happen in quiet moments.

The Most Valuable Thing You Can Do Is Pause

One of the greatest lessons I've learned is that momentum can be deceptive.

Sometimes we're moving fast but drifting off course.

I've experienced seasons where I looked productive on the outside while quietly losing alignment with what mattered most.

That's why Quarter Three has become one of my favorite gatherings.

It gives us permission to pause—not because we're behind, but because we care enough about the future to make thoughtful adjustments before the year slips away.

The conversations we have here are honest.

The relationships are genuine.

The focus is practical.

If you feel like you've been running hard without enough time to think, I believe you'll find this summit to be exactly what you need.

I'd be honored to spend these two days with you.
