Quarter Two

ORLANDO SUMMIT

Build Capacity. Strengthen Leadership. Expand Your Influence.

The second quarter is where momentum either accelerates or begins to fade.

The Brewed in Aloha Orlando Summit is designed to help you pause, evaluate your progress, strengthen your leadership, and expand your capacity before the second half of the year begins.

WHY ORLANDO?

Most people reach the middle of the year carrying more responsibility than they expected.

New opportunities appear.

Unexpected challenges arise.

Schedules become crowded.

The very goals that felt exciting in January often become buried beneath daily activity.

The Orlando Summit exists to interrupt that cycle.

It creates intentional space to step back, evaluate what is working, remove what isn't, and strengthen the operating system guiding every decision you make.

This isn't about escaping responsibility.

It's about becoming more effective when you return to it.

You'll leave with greater clarity, renewed energy, stronger relationships, and practical strategies you can immediately apply in business, leadership, and life.

THE MIDYEAR CHECKPOINT

Every builder eventually reaches the same moment.

You're busy.

You're productive.

But are you still moving toward what matters most?

Activity can easily replace intentional progress.

The Orlando Summit is designed to help you reconnect with your original vision while making the adjustments necessary for continued growth during the second half of the year.

Evaluate

Review where you are.

Measure your progress honestly.

Identify what deserves your continued attention.

Eliminate

Remove distractions.

Simplify unnecessary complexity.

Create more space for intentional action.

Expand

Increase your leadership capacity.

Strengthen relationships.

Develop greater confidence in your decision-making.

Execute

Return home with renewed focus and a practical implementation plan for the remainder of the year.

What You'll Experience

Rather than overwhelming you with presentations, every Brewed in Aloha Summit is intentionally designed around conversations, implementation, and reflection.

You'll experience practical learning balanced with meaningful time to think, ask questions, and connect with other builders who are committed to intentional growth.

Morning Coffee Conversations

Each morning begins around exceptional Hawaiian coffee and authentic conversations.

Relationships built here often become one of the most valuable parts of the entire experience.

Leadership Workshops

Interactive Aloha Operating System sessions focused on practical leadership, intentional decision-making, and creating greater alignment between your goals and daily actions.

Builder Councils

Small group discussions where participants openly share experiences, challenges, victories, and insights.

No presentations.

Just meaningful conversations.

Reflection & Planning

Quiet space to process.

Journal.

Walk.

Think.

Plan.

Because clarity requires margin.

Why I Created Brewed in Aloha

There comes a point in every builder's life when working harder no longer produces better results.

I've lived that reality.

For years, I believed success came from adding more information, working longer hours, and pushing through every obstacle.

Eventually I discovered something that changed everything.

The greatest breakthroughs in my life didn't happen because I found another strategy.

They happened because I intentionally created environments where I could slow down, think clearly, ask better questions, and reconnect with what mattered most.

That's why Brewed in Aloha exists.

Not to impress you.

Not to motivate you for a weekend.

But to provide an environment where meaningful change becomes possible.

I look forward to personally welcoming you to Orlando.
